Idris has always wanted more. Even from the moment she met the Doctor when she stole him from a museum on Gallifrey. After seeing the world and all of its magnificence, there was little a TT Type 40 Cylindrical TARDIS could ask for. Until she occupied the body of a human woman and spoke to the Doctor and his companions. Ever since she has wanted to see again with real eyes, to be able to feel skin and dirt and grit.
Her canon divergence begins when the BONELESS attack the PLANET EARTH. Two dimensional creatures which suck energy and life out of anything they happen to come across in hopes of creating their own forms and taking over the planet. The TARDIS is DRAINED of dimensional energy and shrinks down. Leaving CLARA OSWALD to defeat the monsters and SAVE the world. However, CLARA FAILS and perishes at the hands of the boneless and the Doctor is unable to send the Boneless back to their dimension before it is too late. Many humans PERISH and the Doctor and TARDIS are left alone for what seems like hundreds of years. In his solitude the Doctor is darkened. His hearts turn cold and eyes burn with HATRED. His new resolve is not to save the innocent but to PUNISH the guilty. Starting with the aliens who MURDERED his companion.
With the fall of the Doctor into madnes the TARDIS fell into new depths of disrepair. The exterior chipped and peeled, Idris thought that the last of the TARDIS would soon be a distant memory.That is until she began drawing Energy from whatever source she could-- and that meant stealing energy from the very man who stole her. The DOCTOR. With the Time Lord energy Idris made herself a person. A body she could inhabit with an identity forged from the trace energies of the Doctor, his companions and of course energy from hrself. Her skin is made of a weaker version of the exocrhomoplasmic materials the box itself is made of. She looks and feels human; but is the farthest from it.
When the TARDIS finally is reenergized the DOCTOR DEFEATS the BONELESS, annihilating every last one of them until the Earth is finally saved. He and his TARDIS travel the universe DESTROYING anything that may oppose his TWISTED morality.

Personality

Idris is an amalgamation of everyone she’s ever encountered. Each person to board the Tardis even for a moment left trace energies and personality signatures which she’s absorbed over time. With the DOCTOR driven mad by loneliness and dispair his emotions overwhelmed her, diluting her goodness and turning the world to shades of gray. These influences have made her dark but not quite cold. She has the ability to discern right and wrong but takes joy in doing the wrong
She is very selfish, thinking of what she can gain from a situation. Idris is a very physical creature. She loves touch and to be touched. She is a deviant and a siren, a woman who uses her sexuality to her advantages. And her sexuality is not limited by gender indentity, alien origin, or anything like that.
Idris is very short tempered, which rarely works in her favor due to the nature of her genetic makeup. In times of extreme anger or stress, she might overwork the huon particles and retreat back into the machinery of the Tardis. Never for long of course, but just long enough to balance herself out and more than likely have a nice pity party about it.
Idris has a particular fondness for control. Because she is not phyiscally strong. Using the things she knows about people and her psychic abilities to gain relative knowledge of a person and control a situation to her benefit. Idris is not afraid to put on a mask to get her way.

If she feels threatened and cannot escape back to the Tardis, she will do anything and everything to protect herself. She has a knack for persuasiveness with a keen ability to figure out what to say and when to say it. In an emergency she will activate her banshee circuts and call the box to her.
To put it simply Idris is spunky, sensual, persuasive, lusty, hot-headed, and just a little bit immature.

• Temporal Orbit: Idris can set herself and her surroundings into a Temporal Free Fall: Meaning she can stop time for everything around her. She could keep someone and herself like this for weeks or even years. Once this is disengaged no time will have passed in reality.
• Vortex Travel: Idris can time travel with or without the box as she is made of mostly artron energy. However, she is limited in how much time she can spend away from the box and how much energy she has to travel, unless she finds a rift. Idris can only time travel if she is completely flat footed.
•Dream Time "It is possible to restructure a TARDIS so that it can be "materialized" within the conscious (or unconscious) mind of a sentient being - including the mind of the Time Lord who is symbiotically linked with it. This is possible because a TARDIS is not composed of real matter but collections of Block-Transfer Equations. Piloting a TARDIS into its operator's Dreamtime is very difficult and dangerous for both the TARDIS and the operator and will result in severe damage to the TARDIS."
•Banshee circuts These are her fight or flight instincts. She will do anything and everything to protect the integrity of her humaniod body, her box form, and her Time Lord. If need be, based on the canon, she will melt parts of her body into a vicious metallic substance and blind her or her time lord's attacker with it. It is only in extereme emergencies as this is a painful process that requires weeks if not months of recovery. '
•Isomorphic Security" An optional part of this system allows parts (or all) of the console to be electrified." This is where I head canon that she can hurl electricty at an attacker but not without price. It is painful for her and her attacker.
•State of Temporal Grace"A TARDIS can even flood its interior with Zero Particles to prevent anti-matter reactions. It should be noted that Zero Particles cause organic cell damage." I head canon that in case of an emergency or as an offensive attack, she can breathe zero particles and blow them at her attacker.
• Idris can, for a short time, become completely invisible and undetectable by sight and radar.
•Pretend Self Destruct Head canon that if need be Idris can make herself appear to be dying or dead to escape a dangerous situation.
•Telepathic Circuts This one is the biggest and longest one. ""A TARDIS constantly generates a low-level telepathic field, which allows it to telempathically read the surface thoughts of its crew. The Telepathic Circuits are capable of destroying some types of parasites within a crewmember's brain. They can also store memories that are downloaded into them and delete any memories from the user's mind that the user wishes. If the field is set to high whilst a user is editing his memories, he runs the risk of accidentally copying and erasing the memories of any lesser species that is located within the TARDIS at the time. Memories stored by telepathic circuits can also be uploaded into the minds of a user. If exposed to theta emissions (say from a Dorganator) the telepathic circuits will fall in to a feedback loop, which can cause the minds of the TARDIS crewmembers to swap bodies. A Time Lord's knowledge of corporelectroscopy should make undoing this even relatively easy. Untrained direct contact with the Telepathic Circuits links the user with a TARDIS's Artron Center, flooding his mind with memories and rendering an inexperienced user unconscious. Under certain circumstances the telepathic circuits can "catch" the mind of anyone who dies inside by entangling their time stream within time fields created by the Heart of the TARDIS. This can occur deliberately if the controls are preset properly, or if a TARDIS is positioned obliquely between two irrational time interfaces. This ability, with the addition of the healing Nanites from a TARDIS Sickbay, allows a TARDIS to bring those who die within a TARDIS back to life by healing their corpse and returning their minds to their bodies. In the case of being positioned obliquely between two irrational time interfaces the TARDIS can also reverse the aging of a sentient, turning an adult into an infant. Such events will normally occur only if the TARDIS desires it, and for this reason, it is recommended that operators avoid irrational time interfaces."

Idris and the doctor share such an intense bond due to is exposure to the very heart of the TARDIS. This means they tend to share things such as emotions, strong feelings of pain or pleasure, and can speak to one another using this telepathic field. • Idris can teleport but not infinitely and within a set distance. Teleportation is limited for emergency situations.
• Idris can control the mechanics of the TARDIS remotely and can perform repairs and vital functions. She has greater control of the TARDIS from within the TARDIS.
